Norvell - President
& Chief Executive Officer.
Prior
to joining Knowledge-forge he held Business Manager and Product Development
executive positions with Agilent Technologies and Hewlett-Packard. He
managed Agilent's Broadband Test Systems business, a high-growth start-up, as
well as a Motion Controls startup business inside of HP. As
Product Development Manager for one of Agilent's fastest growing divisions, he
was responsible for on-time product introductions, product roadmaps and
strategy and much of the business strategy. Before
joining Hewlett Packard, Mr. Norvell was Vice President of Engineering at
Covalent Systems during their 5 year / 500% growth phase that placed them on
the Inc. 500 Fastest Growing Companies list two consecutive years.
Prior to joining Covalent Systems, he held a variety of engineering and management
positions at Harris Corporation and Firestone.
Mr. Norvell holds a BSEE degree from the University of Toledo and an Executive MBA, from
the University of Michigan.
Ward Flynn

Ward
has twenty-five years experience as a business and organization development
consultant. He has been involved in the personal computer software industry since its inception
nearly twenty years ago.
He is the author of the Simon & Schuster book: Truth Zone: Building the Truthful Organization from the Bottom Up! a staple in universities and
business schools.
Mr. Flynn's years of experience coaching leaders in a wide range of industries gives him
the ability to create a vision that motivates every member of the team. Some
of Mr. Flynn's recent clients are: Hamilton-Sundstrand (United Technologies
Company) ADP, Oppenheimer Funds, EDS, CHUBB Group of Insurance Companies,
Amgen, Dow Chemical.
Andrew L.
Braun - Director of Business Development.
Andrew is a seasoned executive with a career commitment
to improving access to and quality of healthcare
services. He has over thirty years experience in the
healthcare industry, with a strong track record of
identifying business opportunities and optimizing
outcomes for healthcare organizations. Mr. Braun
has been chief executive officer or managing partner of
numerous healthcare organizations, including specialty
hospitals, medical and mental health group practices, a
managed behavioral health company, a chiropractic and
alternative health provider network, a multi-state
provider of behavioral health services in nursing homes
and assisted living facilities, and a child and
adolescent mental health and mental retardation
residential treatment center. Mr. Braun co-founded a
number of these ventures. Mr. Braun has an
undergraduate degree in psychology from the University
of Rochester, Rochester, NY, and a MBA from George
Washington University, Washington, DC. He also attended
Law School at the George Washington University and
completed a graduate certificate program in Total
Quality Management from the University of Phoenix.
